On Tuesday May 23, 2006 19th Warder Sandy Maddicks and Third Warder Judi Baker motored to Albany to attend the Attorney General’s Neighborhood Watch Conference on May 24, 2006. The conference was held at Russell Sage College. Soon after arriving for the conference, Sandy and Judi learned that the SW Sector 4 Court Watch Program was one of the 11 recipients of the 2006 Attorney General Award of Excellence. A bio of the Court Watch program was included in the conference agenda booklet.
